It’s a good looking, well built camera and is perfect for video calling, as well as amateur to serious streamers. The price might come down a little though, as the newer model (C930 E) has now been released. Overall I’d say the C920 is definitely worth the £49.99 price tag, however some people might find that just a little bit too expensive.

I’ve got no issues with the image quality appearing on my game captures so didn’t find this to be an issue, however it might be worth noting if you’re looking for a 1080p webcam and use something other than Skype to make your video calls. I didn’t get to test this myself but according to other write ups the full 1080p can only be utilised in Skype, whereas other video calling applications will only run at 720p. C920 Light Is there a way to turn the C920 Webcam light off I downloaded the Logitech Gaming Software and can't find any settings to turn it off. I haven’t used a webcam in years so it’s hard for me to say exactly how effective this is, but the camera didn’t give me any issues or cause any applications to slow down or crash at all so regardless of whether or not the onboard compression is necessary, the camera performance fits the bill perfectly. The camera has onboard compression which reduces CPU usage of your PC. I have limited noise in my games room, and I certainly didn’t hear any background noise at all thanks to the camera’s noise reduction feature. As I’m intending on using this camera for streaming I’m going to get an external microphone anyway, but the mics on the camera worked well and were certainly clear enough when I played back recordings. The C920 also includes dual stereo mics with automatic noise reduction. You can download the Logitech Webcam Software from the Logitech website, this lets you adjust your camera settings, activate motion detection and use face-tracking. The camera is extremely easy to set up, just plug it in via USB and away you go.
I’ve set my C920 up on a Camlink TP330 Tripod. This camera looks awesome, and also features a tripod mount which was absent from the C910. After doing some research and trying to find the best webcam for streaming, I ended up with the Logitech C920 which is currently listed for £49.99 on .uk.
